Friday:
Enter through 250 E Main St for the easiest access
Saturday:
Use 260 E Main St (far left door, always open), as the 250 entrance is closed
Please arrive within your selected pickup window to ensure the best quality.
Upon arrival, press the doorbell next to ROC'N'SEOUL at the commissary kitchen entrance. We’ll bring your order out to you shortly.
Each order is prepared fresh. For the best experience, enjoy your hotteok warm.
Late Pickup Policy:
Please arrive within your selected pickup window to ensure the best quality.
If you are running late, please text us @ 585-635-9926 in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate, quality may be affected if pickup is delayed.
Order Policy:
All items are made fresh to order. Orders not picked up on the same day will be refrigerated and held until 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, any unclaimed items will be discarded. We are unable to offer refunds for missed pickups.
